CONSTRUCTION READY PLAN SETS
We have a portfolio of over 300 house plans available for purchase. You can either buy these plans as they are or work with us to customize them to meet your specific needs. We charge an hourly fee for all modifications, and we'll provide you with an upfront cost estimate based on a collaborative discussion of your requirements.
CUSTOM DESIGNED HOUSE PLANS
We specialize in creating custom-designed house plans for clients who have a unique vision beyond our existing portfolio. For these projects, we don't place limits on the hours or number of revisions, and the final cost is based on the total square footage of the completed design. Our process begins with a discovery call to discuss your preferred style, layout, and any specific features you'd like to include.
RENOVATIONS + ADDITIONS
We specialize in custom house plan designs for home renovation projects. We will verify all existing as-built measurements and photos of your home. Once we have these details, we work directly with you to understand your vision and provide a cost estimate based on the scope of the design work for both the current and new spaces.
